Euro-Tex specializes in a very holistic manner of construction using foam core tilt wall panels fabricated on site. Not only do we think about site development, achieving the highest and best use of the land, but we also keep all aspects that are important to the project in focus.


For example, details involving landscaping might include setting topsoil aside and adding a rainwater collection and direction system to accomplish self-watering, properly placing drains in parking lots, and using angles of the sun to determine best window placement and outdoor shelter/coverage. We approach the entire scope of the building process—we don’t just build something and walk away.



Our construction method uses tilt wall panels constructed in a unique manner. Typically, tilt panels are fabricated in standard sizes off site; this limits the designer to building within pre-set limits, and also incurs tremendous freight charges. We’re “non-traditional”. Building the panels on site allows for a more custom application with all the benefits of energy efficiency and extreme durability, with the ability to modify as needed.


We have an efficient forming, pouring, and erecting system for on-site foam core tilt wall panel production, which begins by prepping a fresh slab with a release agent, forming panels, then placing attachment brackets and lifting eyes, electrical components, downspouts and rebar. Next we pour three inches of fibercrete, apply four inches of foam edge-to-edge in panel, install top reinforcing steel and add two inches of a special fiber mix concrete.



At this point, we can create a wide variety of exterior finishes. If no design elements are to be created in the fabrication process, we proceed and allow the panels to cure for seven days. A crane then erects the panels and we brace and install steel framing on the second and subsequent floors, followed by the addition of more steel framing and finally the roof.


Don’t think of “concrete walls”. Our method offers limitless aesthetics; we’re not confined to pre-determined colors. We can create faux rock exteriors, use real rock, French limestone, even brick—whatever look best suits your tastes and your project.




The advantages to Euro-Tex’ construction methods set us apart in our industry:


• There are no “cold fingers”, unlike standard steel frame with penetrating screws and studs. We use four inches of foam installed edge to edge in the panels. This also eliminates interior condensation in the winter and reduces heat loss or gain.


• Insulated thermal mass evens out temperature fluctuations. A more constant temperature provides a real money-saving advantage as well as increased longevity of heating and cooling equipment.


• Our method allows us the ability to form almost any shape.


• Structurally, the 3-4-2 (three inch concrete, four inch foam, two inch concrete) insulated concrete tilt wall panels with fiberglass P-24 shear ties increase panel stiffness and reduce panel weight while allowing most of the panel work to be done safely on the ground, instead of off the ground at varying heights as would be done with standard construction.


• The inner and outer layers of concrete are resistant to damage and rust and are easy to paint.


• Tilt wall concrete offers added security.


• Tilt wall construction provides a “firewall” to neighboring structures.


• PVC downspouts may be cast into tilt wall panels, which eliminates the need for conventional rain gutters. This provides a cleaner appearance and reduces maintenance.
